Refund Policy

 At Rapid Sewa Taxi Service, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy for all bookings.

📌 1. Booking Policy

• A 20% advance payment is required to confirm the cab booking.
• Booking is considered confirmed only after advance payment is received.

❌ 2. Cancellation Policy

🔹 Cancellation Before 7 Days

• If the booking is cancelled 7 days before the scheduled trip,
  👉 A ₹499 non-refundable processing fee will be charged
  👉 Remaining amount will be refunded

🔹 Cancellation Within 7 Days

• If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the trip,
  👉 20% of the total booking amount will be charged
  👉 Remaining amount will be refunded

👉 This is because driver and vehicle arrangements are already made.

🔹 Same Day / Last Minute Cancellation

• If cancellation is done within 24 hours or on trip day,
  👉 No refund will be provided

🔄 3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be sent to the original payment method

⚠️ 4. No Show Policy

• If the customer does not arrive at pickup location
  👉 No refund will be provided

🚗 5. Cancellation by Company

• If Rapid Sewa cancels booking due to unavoidable reasons:
  ✔ Full refund will be provided
  ✔ Or alternative cab will be arranged
